So how about ideas to not go toooo far off for the 4th?

How do holidays affect all of you with your weight loss goals?

I've not been doing too well the last about month... after the trip to L.A. just haven't gotten back on well. Got to change, now though!

I got 1/2 fat/cal chips I like for tomorrow, and watermelon. Along with sandwiches with my lite bread I think I can do well.

Now if only I could a) do the water! and b) do the nordic track!!
